This was perfect for doing our craft shows, we use it for shade and love the side walls you can purchase for it too! Very sturdy and easy to put up/ take down

Great canopy

I like how it looks and easier to put it up. The lever you hold to push it up is such a genius idea! However, I gave it a rating of 3 stars because The button inside where it holds the leg so it will go up or down are being misaligned and it won't push out to hold the leg in place. Now it won't stay put. We have to secure it with gorilla tape. Such a disappointment, because we just bought it to use for camp.

Buttons won't push out.

No drainage holes/slits in canopy meant that a freak 30 minute rainstorm with pea sized hail filled the canopy with water and collapsed the frame into a pile of scrap 😭. 
Prior to that it shaded the area nicely and was easy to set up with just one other person. 
Good for price and use in fair weather.

It's the wrong pictures on the website and on the package and is not what it says it is… this is a quick pop up with the large handle to push up in the middle.. it's not the bottons on the corners!!! Unless this is being packaged wrong idk.

Bad product description

I liked the price. but i guess you get what you pay for. Canopy leaked on the inside from the rain, some stitching wasn't sewed properly, and one pole button wouldn't come out far enough to go into the slot to hold the pole up. Then trying get my replacement is very difficult. I followed all return direction for pick up from FedEx. Walmart received the canopy the next day from FedEx. Walmart is refusing to send my replacement, claiming the original package is still in transit. I have proof it is not in transit. Its been a week .There is no reason why I should have to wait for the replacement to be shipped.

Upsetting A loyal customer!!!!!

This tent is trash. I bought it on Feb 08, 2023 and after two uses, it’s got rips, tears, and hardware maintenance issues that prevents one leg from staying up. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will not be buying Ozark Trail from Walmart again. I tried to call the company and Walmart - no pick up. I was going to buy a camp cart but after this, I’ll look elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks.

Ozark Trail 10x10 Instant Canopy - Defected

So disappointed! Only up 2 days and rain came… not a storm just rain and the entire tent is ruined, the bars broke in half. I’m returning this worthless product. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

DISAPPOINTED!

Bought June 2023, used two nights with a connect tent around it. Looked good, failed miserably! We had a normal amount of rain, just above a drizzle and it leaked at every single seam, I could see daylight through the stitches, and water dripped down all 4 seams. I will be returning it today. I do not recommend getting a canopy from Ozark Trail, I will be going back to an EZ-up canopy after ours died after 10  years of camping, swim meets, soccer, football, etc. not just two days worth like Ozark Trails canopy….

This is not as advertised
It does not have the buttons in the upper corners to keep it secure as the photos show. Any weight lowers the frame.
The center push is difficult to fit and the frame has play.

Do not buy!  This is not like the rugged ones from 3 years ago.  The canopy is thin and not coated underneath as the previous versions. I thought for sure it would go first. But actually tue frame snapped in several places in a rain storm. No wind but 20 minutes of hard rain was all it took to break the supports and cause a collapse that bent and twisted  more of the supports. These should be recalled and people refunded. Amazing that they have not hurt anyone. The older versions withstood rain, wind, and I still have the frame from 6 years ago and use it camping. Absolutely no excuse for such poor quality.

Do not buy… frame will snap and collapse in rain
